The best part of the house was meeting... read more the people behind it. You get fun, interesting and earnest conversations just talking, learning about the Iranian culture and it’s beautiful people. Not only that, these guys take pride in being the voices for veganism - which is extremely admirable considering that core Persian dishes contain meat.
They share and advocate this by offering to prepare homemade vegan Persian meals! Unfortunately we didn’t get the opportunity to try lunch or dinner with them, but we got to have daily breakfasts with them (which came with the stay). If you do stay with them - you HAVE to try their homemade peanut butter. It’s awesome and my friends and I still crave for it since we’ve left.
Shout out to both Sia and Ali for making our stay extra memorable and we hope to see you guys again when we’re back in Iran!

Since we were with a car he suggested to drive the car in the courtyard, where it stayed for the following 2 days. We found the price a bit too expensive as we were assigned the big room with 5 beds, which we didn't need for just 2 persons. In the end we made a deal with the owner Fatima, who was very thrustworthy towards us as we didn't carry enough cash. She trusted us to transfer the agreed amount via our Iranian debet card after we had left. The big room is the only with a private bathroom. The other 4(?) rooms had to share. The beds in the big room were comfortable, the shower had some special instructions. Breakfast is being served, which in one way is luxury, on the other hand you are more or less stuck to the choice you make. With a buffet you could take the sweet stuff and have omelet as well, which was now a bit more difficult. Good thing about the breakfast is that you meet the other guests easily. Amir and...
